Team interviews can be very helpful in the hiring process!

There are those who are concerned that group interviews can be intimidating to an applicant, but if the panel is only two or three people (sometimes more for certain positions) and the seating is informal, the candidate should feel comfortable. Members of the team can each ask their questions, get a broader prospective and work together to make the right hiring decision. Also there are legal advantages to this type of interview, minimizing any “he-said, she-said” situations that the company might have to defend.
