A checklist can be invaluable in the hiring process!

A hiring checklist is nothing more than the list of steps in the hiring process that has as much detail as possible. Include all the legal and employment requirements and add in the work prior to starting the hiring process, the search and selection of candidates and the interview and hire steps. It may sound like a lot of work, but it can save time and money in the future considering the cost and pain of starting over when you hire the wrong person.
