Does the candidate fit in with the company culture?

Company culture is the shared values and practices of the company’s employees.  It can be challenging, but an important part of the interviewing process must include trying to determine if the candidate will fit in to the personality of the company.  If not, he or she can affect the productivity of an entire department and/or even cause the loss of customers.  It is so critical to the success of a company, that any employee who doesn’t fit into its culture must be terminated.
