Create a process to quickly review resumes to produce those short lists!
Reading all those resumes can be a daunting task. It starts with creating a good job description. Develop a key qualifications list so you know your most important candidate selection criteria. Use this information in your job posting. Then follow steps to review the resumes, which include reading the cover letter, scanning the resume, looking for the easy-to-find qualifications, noticing what the candidate is looking for, etc.
