Finding Ethical Employees

Creating a workplace “code of ethics” is important these days, and finding employees that adhere to those standards may be a challenge.   Being ethical involves behaviors such as acting morally right, being honest, not cheating on your employer, co-workers, or customers, or not stealing office supplies.  Managers must learn interviewing techniques to find candidates with attitudes and characteristics that align with the company’s values.
