Create a “Stable” of Sellers and Buyers

Seller prospects love to hear “I already have possible buyers for your property”,  and Buyer prospects love to hear “I already have possible properties for you to look at”.  It is wise to be organized and keep track of those active prospects and keep in contact with them.  Not only can it help you close deals quicker, but it can give you an edge in getting future listing agreements.
