Remove the mask!

Every applicant wants to make a good impression and virtually wears a “mask” while interviewing for a job.  An effective interviewing process will seek to determine the true identity of a candidate and if he or she can relate well to other people.  In addition to meeting with multiple staff members, behavioral assessment and personality profiles can help to determine how well a person may react with customers and co-workers.
