Pre-screening candidates can save valuable time!

Creating a list of questions to “phone screen” potential employees is important to avoid wasting valuable managerial time in an interview that never should have taken place.   These questions can help determine if the person is a viable candidate by discussing qualifications, experience, workplace and salary expectations.  After reviewing the resumes submitted for the job, taking the time to create questions that will help determine if bringing the candidate in for an interview is a good idea.
