Workplace bullies can disrupt productivity and present legal liabilities!

Managers must be aware of workplace bullies and have policies in place to deal with them.   Personalities such as “screaming mimi’s”, “constant critics”, “two-headed snakes” and “attention seekers” are a few of the personalities that can make other employees lives miserable. A few signs that bullying is affecting the workplace can be decreased morale, higher absenteeism, unusual employee turnover and increased costs due to wasted time dealing with the situation.
